Lucy is a cultural anthropologist who wrote her dissertation on the culture of diversity management. She co-founded the firm Willing Observers. She has been consulting on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for over ten years, providing trainings, learning experiences, and cultural assessments. She is currently writing her book titled “Inventing Diversity.”

Missy is a linguistic anthropologist who has been consulting on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging topics for over 15 years, focusing on cultural differences and communication. She co-founded the firm Willing Observers LLC. She also serves as Director of Public Policy for the American Association of University Women through which she advances gender equity legislation. She is writing her book on American politics, whiteness, and political polarization.

Melissa is a Corporate Anthropologist, Research Leader and Educator committed to demonstrating anthropology's relevance to everyday life and using it to improve cross-cultural understanding. She is Co-Founder of Great Heron Insights. She has extensive experience spearheading learning development strategies, organizational culture transformation, and research excellence across diverse industries, and has developed and delivered instructional content in both corporate and academic settings for over 20 years.

Bernadette Smith, CEO of Equality Institute, is a sought-after belonging speaker and the award-winning author of four books. She founded Equality Institute to help organizations build confidence across difference, especially in client-facing roles where relationships drive results. Today, her team delivers keynotes, workshops, and eLearning that help professionals skip the cringe and build real trust without shame, jargon, or walking on eggshells.

Ellen Koronet is an Applied Anthropologist with over 40 years of experience transforming behavioral data into tools that drive deeper customer insight. Highlights of her corporate work include spearheading the transformation of several of GSK’s blockbuster franchises, and designing the Network Diversity Index for Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBSA). She is a pioneer in psychology-informed quizzes that game-ify interaction with prospects and customers, shifting marketing and industry change-makers to nano-personalization.

Serah Blackstone-Fredericks is completing her career pivot from financial consulting to anthropology. Currently completing her B.S in Cross-Disciplinary Anthropology and Arts in Health and Narrative Medicine, she is interested in bringing stories to the world, focusing on oral histories, visual ethnographies, and captivating storytelling showcasing authentic experiences which are often not seen. As an experiential anthropologist, her expertise lies in adaptive curriculum development, cultural perspectives, and public speaking. As a writer, she has two published books of prose and is working on her debut novel, a memoir on parenting. She sees herself offering her gift in overseeing, leadership, and coming up with concepts that break the mold as she leaves the accounting world behind.

Mr. Jose Antonio Gordillo Martorell, Ph.D. is the Founder and CEO of Cultural Inquiry, a micellium company located in Switzerland that operates internationally. He is a professional with 26 years of experience in education, collective creativity, content co-creation, change-driven strategy, participation and community weaving with a passion for the democratization of minority and unrepresented cultural voices in the cultural arena. He founded Children’s Boards in different Museums of the world like the City of Arts and Sciences, Norrbottens Museums, HOTA-House of the Arts, and more recently Historisches Museum Saar, Museo of Solutions in Mumbai, Museum of Communication Bern, the Swiss National Museum-Château des Prangins, La Rodadora in Mexico, Zeitz-Museum of Contemporary Art in Cape Town, or Museum of Rotterdam.
