Looking to bring DEIB into Higher Education?
Let’s Collaborate!
Everyone has a role in creating inclusive cultures.
The Inclusive Culture Strategy (ICS) Certificate and Inclusive Culture Strategy Certified Diversity Professional (InCDP) Certification programs support those seeking professional development by providing core competencies in culture and DEIB. The ICS Certificate is ideal for graduate-level students and advanced undergraduates. While faculty can complete either program, we recommend those that will take on leadership roles in DEIB to enroll in the InCDP Certification Program.
Seeking to transition into a new role?
Today, all types of organizations, including non-profit, for-profit, and higher-education institutions regard DEIB as critical for their success. DEIB competencies can help enhance organizations in any of the following functions:
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
Human Resources
Communications
Marketing
Student & Faculty Affairs
Teaching & Classroom Management
Training, Learning & Development
Corporate Social Responsibility
Research & Development
Public Policy
And more!
Professional Development
Professional development opens opportunities for career advancement. The ICS Certificate and InCDP Certification programs require all participants to analyze and comprehend challenging social concepts, engage with qualitative and quantitative research methods, think critically, creatively, and independently.
The ICS Certificate is well-suited for all, including master’s and doctoral students, faculty, and those seeking supporting or leadership DEIB roles. For faculty seeking formal leadership roles in DEIB, we recommend the InCDP Certification program.
There are no requirements to enroll in the ICS Certificate program. One year of professional experience related to DEIB is required to enroll in the InCDP Certification Program.
ICS Certificate Program participants will be able to receive:
A Credly digital credential to display on a resume, email signature, and/or LinkedIn profile, distributed upon graduation.
Access to a network of peers completing the ICS Certificate Program.
Feedback from co-founders Dr. Lucy Arciniega & Dr. Missy Maceyko through scheduled live programming and office hours.
Special discounts to DEIB-related events and workshops.
