created for all people who show up to work, who interact and communicate with peers, and who want to better understand how culture shapes the way we think, collaborate, and create results.
Through three practical workshop series, participants learn to navigate cultural differences, unlock their creativity, become more inclusive communicators, and create more fair systems to build inclusive cultures where individuals, teams, and organizations can achieve their full potential.

This workshop series is designed to support individuals understand their individual and collective stories, to gain cultural awareness and reflexivity to deliver more creative and inclusive products.
Leading Inclusive Communication
This workshop series is designed for all professionals to gain cultural awareness and be able to navigate cultural differences in communication, whether these are due to gender, regional, political, national, or other differences.
Building High-Performing and Inclusive Teams
This workshop series helps team and organizations understand cultural biases, create more fairness, and implement strategies and structures that help individuals and teams achive their potential.
All sales are final. Refunds are only allowed in limited and extreme extenuating circumstances (documentation is required). No other refunds will be made. In lieu of a refund, participants may transfer their registration to a different attendee. Refund requests must be made no later than six months after date of purchase.
